If you have reduced mobility that poses special requirements during air travel, you must state this when you book your ticket. When you have completed your reservation on our website, please contact our Call Centre directly by telephone +46 31-600385, or your travel agency, to book the assistance. You need to inform us about your need for assistance at the latest 48 hours prior to departure.
