Passenger rights

If a delay longer than two hours occurs, you will receive refreshments, meals and accommodation to the extent that local conditions allow. This is not the case, however, in exceptional situations that are not under our control. Such situations may be, for example, extreme weather, political turmoil and strikes within critical areas of service. The same is true if the aid given would lead to further delay.

Information about passenger rights during severely delayed or cancelled flights and in the event of being refused permission to board the aircraft has been issued in accordance with the regulations of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union (EU). They can be found at here.
